"I have been with StateFarm since 2018 and Becky is always friendly and helpful. I called to ask why my rate increased drastically and the girl who answered the phone told me she didn’t know and she didn’t offer to figure out why. Just kept saying she didn’t know. Not the customer service Becky’s office use to provide. Switched insurance company’s and I’m saving $95 per month for the exact same coverage."

"Today was my last straw. Sylvia called me everyday for over a week and sometimes 2 x a day, as well as sent me emails. I kindly responded that I wasn’t interested but she continued to call me so I responded and told her my current insurance policy with progressive is a fraction of the price she quoted me. She said “ I will call in 6 months about your policy”. Well 3 weeks later she called me again. You don’t get customers by harassing them with calls especially when they respectfully decline your service."

"All to often people are quick to write a review "complaining" about how they feel a company is lacking or failed their expectations. Well not this time ...State Farm is one of the countries biggest insurance companies and I can truly understand how/why. I got a policy with them and 2 months ago, my car was totaled. 😞 They handled my claim flawlessly. The ladies in my home office forwarded me to the class.department, and checked on me to see how everything was going. And the claim department processed my claim and had everything all wrapped up within the week I had no red tape, no hassle, no negotiating...just a seamless transaction from beginning to end. No on desires a totaled vehicle, but I'm this situation I could not have asked for a better team/company handling me. Thank you STATE FARM!!"

"Erin Marty is my insurance agent, and I can't say enough positive things about her. She has gone above and beyond to make sure that I have the right amount of coverages and to save me the most money. I recently switched careers where my auto insurance was offered through payroll deduction, for 22 years I didn't have to worry about my insurance each month. I could have stayed with my MetLife insurance but the cost would have been ridiculous coming off the employee incentive program and paying monthly not being on payroll deduct. Enter Erin Marty, let me just look at this and see what I can do. She saved the day, week, month, and year. The switch process was simple, easy, and painless. You can tell with each interaction that she truly cares about her clients. She goes the extra mile. She will hang out for a few minutes past quitting time, so that I can come by after work to pay each month. I love going into the office, and chatting because everyone there is amazing.
