"The quote that I was given for my homeowners insurance was the reason I switched from Allstate to State Farm. But my homeowners insurance policy went up on the price twice before my homeowners insurance policy started. Called TAHVIA she claimed their computers were updating information. My car insurance I received some devices in the mail had no clue what they were. Called TAHVIA she told me I would have to use the devices on all my cars and to go to the app. I told her I do not want to use these devices. She said Well if you don’t use the devices your car insurance will go up. She should have explained that in the beginning. I told TAHVIA I did not want to pay a cancellation fee for switching my insurance. I ended up having to pay a cancellation fee. Now my Umbrella Policy I get a letter in the mail from State Farm cancelling my umbrella policy because apparently it was done wrong. I wanted to go back to Allstate but figured it would be easier just to switch to another State Farm Agent which is what I did."
